Cancellation policy

This policy explains how subscriptions and other recurring purchase options work at Blü, including how billing renews and how to cancel. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below. This policy should be read alongside our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

When you sign up for a Blü subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval and price shown at checkout. Your subscription will continue and renew automatically until you cancel it.

Each renewal ("rebill") is charged in advance of the upcoming delivery, using the payment method on file. Subscription prices and billing intervals are disclosed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

How to Cancel a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at info@tryblu.co.

To stop your next rebill, your cancellation request must be received at least 14 days before your next billing date. Requests received fewer than 14 days before a scheduled rebill will take effect from the following billing cycle — meaning the next charge will still be processed, and your cancellation will apply to the cycle after that.

When you contact us, please include the email address and order number associated with your subscription so we can locate and cancel it promptly. We recommend keeping a copy of your cancellation request for your records.

One-Time Orders

Once a one-time (non-subscription) order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Refunds

Cancelling a subscription stops future rebills but does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed. Any refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, and your continued use of a subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
